As some of you may know, I moved here from New Orleans.
As some of you may also know, Carnival season has officially kicked off in the Big Easy.
Most people don't know that the parading began this last weekend, and when I lived there, I used to march in the Krewe Du Vieux parade with the Mystic Krewe of Spermes. It's the first parade that rolls every year, it's a walking parade, meaning our floats can't carry people, they are pulled by donkey or mule... and well... it's always had a sexual theme to it.
I haven't marched in awhile, and I was feeling nostalgic, so I decided to head back this year and meet up with my friends, sport my "Sperm on a Stick" - Mandatory parade gear, and hit the parade route.
